We could walk to most of the attractions and could walk to catch a boar, ferry, etc. Positive: Clean, good location (we were walking everywhere and sometimes taking a bus or taxi, but rarely. )We didn't really need the kitchen, as we were eating out for every meal . It would have been nice to have a coffee pot and pods and maybe it was there, but I was on vacation with a 20 year old grandson, and we walked to Starbucks every morning. I wanted the privacy of us each having our own bedroom and it was perfect. It's a highly recommended location and place to say. And, it is true, everything is uphill in Valettta!! Negative: Nothing. It was great! I would highly recommment it. The restaurant next door has good food and there's a grocery a few blocks away.

Shocking and unacceptable Negative: We could not even stay at the property. On arrival the hallway and entrance was filthy. Electrical wires hanging. Once in the apt there was a terrible smell and mould on the walls. We could not stay. It was a Sunday we made several attempts to contact the agency and left voice mail messages to no avail. We then had to go to a hotel at a very expensive rate due to the urgency. Several emails were later exchanged with the company. At no time did they show any concern or acknowledge out legitimate issues. They would not provide us with a manager to speak with. But rather gave us a generic email to express our concerns. I have been using booking dot com for years and never have I been treated like this or had such a bad experience. I do have photos to confirm our issues stated. If you would like them forwarded please advise.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Positive: Super lokalizacja. Prawie centrum a cisza i spokój. Negative: Wjeście oraz klatka schodowa.
