A design-led enjoyable apartment Positive: Location was within walking distance to restaurants, places of interest, swimming, ferries, supermarkets and shopping. Spacious, arty and extremely comfortable. Our host had excellent communication and gave helpful suggestions which made our stay very enjoy. Negative: I didn’t find the flights of stairs difficult but it would not be a good property for very elderly or those with a lot of luggage.

Positive: Location Negative: The description is of an apartment with 2 bedrooms and in miscellaneous it says airconditioner, the surprise was the air conditioner is only on one bedroom and on the living room. In august with 90 degrees is impossible to sleep without air conditioner, there was just a fan that clearly is not enough. I finished paying for a 2 bedroom apartment and we used only one, 2 of us had to sleep on a very small sofa in the living room

Perfect Location, charming apartment & fabulous communication with host. Positive: It was super easy to access the keys as the host sent specific and clear directions to the lock box. Our entire stay was fabulous. Such a great location to food grocery stores and ferries. So many restaurants right around the corner yet our street was very quiet. We needed to get to a clinic for a small medical issue and Emilija came through with a great suggestion. Her suggestions and directions were thorough and thoughtful. She also arranged and early morning pickup for us to go to the airport. Malta is a spectacular place and the local people only make it better!. Thank you Emilija for everything! Negative: There's not much to complain about here. The A/C had a tiny glitch but the host helped us remedy it right away

Experiencia nefasta con cucarachas Positive: Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Negative: 1) Si vas a llegar de noche, prepara la linterna y la paciencia. La calle tiene poca iluminación y está mal geolocalizada en Google. 2) Subir una maleta de 15 kg tres pisos sin ascensor con una temperatura tan alta que debe parecerse a poner la calefacción en el infierno. 3) Abres la puerta del apartamento y, en los cinco primeros minutos, te dan la bienvenida más de diez cucarachas en la cocina. El resto de la familia de insectos estaban escondidos por todas las estancias. Como detalle de cortesía, el apartamento incluía un bote gastado matacucarachas. 4) El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones. Una dispone de aire acondicionado, imprescindible tenerlo encendido 24/7 por el calor extremo, pero dormir con él es como intentar conciliar el sueño con una moto arrancada junto a la cama. Además, esta habitación tiene terraza (con increíbles vistas a un muro de piedra) y la puerta no cierra correctamente, con el evidente problema de seguridad que eso supone. La otra habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, es posible cocer un huevo con la temperatura ambiente. 5) Respecto al salón, movimos el sofá para acercarlo al aire acondicionado y debajo encontramos suficiente suciedad como para pensar que estábamos en una excavación arqueológica. 6) El piso de alado estaba de obras que empezaban puntualmente a las 8:00 de la mañana. El despertador es innecesario. Desde la primera noche solicitamos que nos realojaran o que nos devolvieran el dinero para poder buscar otro alojamiento. Pero el dueño del alojamiento, grupo empresarial Vallettastay, nunca aceptó la primera opción, y tras insistir mucho, solo nos realojaron la primera noche. Durante el resto de la estancia fumigaron el apartamento en 2 ocasiones, pero seguimos encontrándonos cucarachas todos los días. Revisaron el aire acondicionado sin solucionarlo y "arreglaron" la puerta de la terraza colocando un palo para que hiciera de tope - ingeniería vanguardista.

Zakochaliśmy się w Valettcie Positive: Lokalizacja super, centrum miasta. 3 piętro bez windy, trzeba się nachodzić. Ale to nie przeszkadza. Wszędzie blisko. Kuchnia nowoczesna, znakomicie wyposażona. Negative: Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni. Brak żaluzji, czy rolety w oknach od ulicy. Umywalka w łazience za wysoko, na wysokości jak dla koszykarzy. Trudno normalnie korzystać.
